A Flow Dojo is a purpose-built, experiential journey of learning designed to deepen and expand individual and collective capacity to recognize, access, sustain and enjoy states of optimal performance across all realms of life. Through a typically 10–20 week process, and using adaptive combinations of education, mindfulness-based practices, emotional work, somatics and physicality, flow dojos create an opportunity for learners to actively experiment with best practices for accessing, sustaining, and riding flow states in the modern world.
